{"id":70,"date":"2026-10-31T11:35:10","date_gmt":"2026-10-31T11:35:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/medbizon.in\/?page_id=70"},"modified":"2026-10-31T11:35:10","modified_gmt":"2026-10-31T11:35:10","slug":"delete-account-details","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/medbizon.in\/index.php\/delete-account-details\/","title":{"rendered":"Delete account \/ details"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Account Deletion and Data Removal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users of the MEDBIZ application have the right to request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to Request Account Deletion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users can request deletion through either of the following methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Method 1: Through the Android Application<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact the Distributor <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distributor Logs in  the app account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to retailer <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap on &#8220;Delete Account&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review the account deletion information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm your request.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Method 2: Through Email<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users can send an account deletion request to our developer support email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email subject: Account Deletion Request \u2013 ADistri<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registered mobile number or email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered retailer or pharmacy name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Account holder&#8217;s name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for account deletion (optional).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Data That Will Be Deleted<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon successful processing of the request, we will permanently delete or anonymize associated personal information, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>User profile and personal details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered mobile number and email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Login credentials and authentication information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saved addresses and contact details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>App preferences and saved information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Device tokens and associated account identifiers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other personal information associated with the account, where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Deletion Processing Time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We aim to process account deletion requests within 1\u20133 business days after successful identity verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If additional verification or legal review is required, processing may take longer. Users will be informed if additional time is necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important Notice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
